Is the blood in wrestling real or fake?

A lot of the times it’s real. When the referee goes down to “check” on the wrestler, he’s either telling him what move to do next or he hands him a small blade. When that wrestler is down he’ll turn away from the camera and cut just above his eyebrow which makes it look like a lot of blood but the wound heals quickly.
