DECATUR — They’re belles on wheels, but don’t let the glitz andcandy-colored helmets detract from their tough image. The Soy CityRollers, Decatur’s new roller derby team, have garnered quite a bitof attention since they brought the promise of the hard-hitting,freewheeling sport to town.
